We offer 5-10 days retreats of yoga, meditation and Taiji Quan through out the year, conducted by teacher Mahesha Kodikara. His Bio Data can be seen in Teacher column.


The 14 day program comprises 10 days of yoga (same as Taiji Quan) with a two day break after day five(This can be changed on your wish). One day either side allows you to arrive and depart at leisure. The two day break is  to give your body a well earned rest. Click here to find out more about what you might do in your free time. Whilst our course is for two weeks, we can accommodate you on a weekly schedule as well.

Meals

Breakfast (usually taken after morning yoga session) is a dazzling array of fresh tropical fruits by the plateful, eggs of your choice, fresh curd with coconut treacle plus toast/roti, preserves and a choice of local teas and freshly squeezed juices

Dinner is a sumptuous rice and curry affair, freshly prepared by the chefs, in the tradition of home cooking. A variety of at least five vegetables, together with dhal and rice is the favourite among many clients. Locally caught fish can be served for non-vegetarians. A mouth-watering fruit salad or honey-flavoured bananas are the proffered deserts.
