1. Introduction
Jeewaprabha Spiritual Workshop consists with three philosophies.
i. Buddhism
ii. Yoga
iii. Taoism
By this spiritual workshop, we hope to give you spiritual training in yoga (Postures, Sun salutation, Relaxation), Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Qi Gong and Taiji Quan.
Yoga
Yoga is a philosophy. It is a spiritual training to develop the mind and the body which was practiced by the sages who lived in India 5000 years ago.
Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)
Within the Yoga philosophy Pranayama is more subtle than the Yoga postures. It consists of methods of controlling the breathing patterns which sends vibrations to all organs and the nervous system of the body thereby helping to develop the healthiness of the body and the concentration of the mind.
Meditation
Methods of developing tranquility and concentration.
Qi Gong/Taiji Quan
These are spiritual practices of physical movements which develops the concentration, tranquility and the inner body of energy.
2. Objectives
Our intention is to create a physically and mentally healthy society, through the Spiritual Workshop. Uplifting the physical health and the mental happiness of the children, youth and the adults of the country will be helpful to the social and the economical growth of our nation. With this intention the first step will be to give this spiritual training to the working class of our country who work in government and private institutions. By adding this spiritual training to their daily schedules we will be helping to create a more efficient and a satisfied working class within the county, by enhancing the satisfaction of the employees which will increase their productivity. It will help the personal development and the development of the country. These are our main objectives.

8. Reduction of the fat in the body will create a lighter skin and more healthy shape of the body.
9. The proper flow of energy within the body will improve the functions of the body of energy.
10. Development of stability, erect posture, lightness and the flexibility of the body.
